Booking & Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 to 48 hours in advance.

For weekend and holiday bookings, please note that additional rates apply, and we require 48 hours' notice.

Weekend appointments incur an additional $5.00 charge; holidays incur a $10.00 charge.
Additional Charges

Trips over 40 miles will incur a charge of $3.00 per mile.

Wait time is $10.00 per 15 minutes.

Any stop requested by the client will result in an additional $10.00 charge.

Trips starting or ending outside Cobb County will incur a $25.00 charge each way.
Cancellations

Cancellations require 24-hour notice for weekdays. A $25.00 fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours.

Cancellations on weekends or holidays must be made 48 hours in advance, and a $30.00 fee will apply for cancellations within 48 hours.
Payment
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Payment is due upon completion of service unless arranged otherwise.
